A Note for U.S. Customers: Unfortunately, due to the rapidly changing and complex tariffs situation, we are temporarily unable to ship to the United States. We apologize for this inconvenience and are actively seeking a reliable solution.
Shipping Carrier & Security
All packages are shipped via Canada Post. For your peace of mind, every package is:
Tracked: You will receive tracking information to follow your order's journey.
Insured: Your purchase is protected against loss or damage.
Processing and Handling Times
We work hard to get your miniature projects started as quickly as possible:
In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock will be processed and shipped within 72 hours (3 business days).
Made-to-Order/Large Quantity Items: If your order includes a 3D printed item that requires us to print the quantity you need, we will require extra time before shipping. We will notify you of the estimated fulfillment time upon receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, package weight, and size. You will see the exact shipping fees for your order during the checkout process.
